Applications are now open for the Eastern Arc Mentoring Scheme, open to staff working at the Universities of Essex, UEA, Kent and Sussex.
The scheme offers the opportunity to take part as a mentor, a mentee, or both, and is designed to support cross‑institution knowledge sharing and professional development.
Mentoring meetings can take place face to face or online, and there is no fixed time period for a mentoring relationship, which is shaped by the mentor and mentee involved.
